Maya is a restaurant inspired by nature and authenticity of the past. Cooking over an open fire, steaming and smoking - the essential methods used to embrace the original flavours, transmitting the heart of our ancestors’ cuisine to the guests. On weekends breakfast is served from 9:00 am.
